About Us

About the Energy Psychotherapy Network

The Energy Psychotherapy Network is an informal organisation bringing together practitioners who are interested in learning more about energy psychotherapy.

The field of counselling and psychotherapy has expanded to incorporate energy psychology with talking therapy, the body and the ‘subtle energy system’ in ways that help to release stress, trauma and unblock old patterns to bring about healing of mind body and spirit. This website  provides general information and  a forum for practitioners to connect, access training, research, and continued professional development.

To become a listed practitioner on our site

All our listed therapists are fully qualified in their disciplines as: counsellor, psychotherapist, counselling/clinical psychologists, art/music/drama therapists, psychiatrists etc

How to be listed on the site

We are in the process of updating how to take on new practitioners – more information to follow

We are a broad mix of practitioners comprising qualified psychotherapists, counsellors, psychologists etc who  integrate energy psychology into our existing ways of working. We recognise that we are all on our own healing journeys and continue to use these methods to work on our own issues.

In developing this field, ongoing learning, research and support are crucial. We are committed to listening to and learning from one another and our clients and sharing our discoveries.

We arrange various trainings, events and practice days to support this learning.

Supervision is a key part of all safe practice as  therapists/counsellors, and specialist energy psychotherapy supervision is an ongoing aspect of our development as practitioners.

See Supervision Policy

We value diversity and improving access to therapy. Where possible, listed practitioners offer sliding scales. Although The Energy Psychotherapy Network cannot guarantee low – cost therapy, there are links to one or two charities and organisations facilitating access to time limited low- cost work.
